Welcome to Dogwood Park Homeowners’ Association. We’re so pleased you’ve chosen Dogwood as your home. We don’t say you’ve chosen a home in Dogwood, because you’ve literally moved into a community where all of Dogwood, and everything Dogwood has to offer, is yours and part of your family experience. By joining this family of residents, you’ve spoken volumes as to your appreciation for an organized effort to provide family facilities and establish rules of good order. Since 1975, we’ve carefully crafted this planned community that offers exceptional amenities for your family’s enjoyment and leisure. We’ve developed a nature trail that brings nature to your doorstep. Our tennis courts and playground provide excellent opportunity for fun and fitness. The clubhouse provides a reasonably priced place for formal gatherings and a pool that will keep the kids busy all summer. In Dogwood, you have an elected Board of Directors that represents you in neighborhood improvement projects, enforces rules and regulations, and even politically intervenes in issues deemed unproductive to our community. Our neighborhood is architecturally controlled to ensure the quality of construction and additions meet the standards of our residents. This effort ensures a consistent standard of excellence and contributes to retaining or increasing the value in our homes.

We’ve put together this website to assist you in settling into you new community. We’re providing useful phone numbers and HOA information. We hope it helps you. If you have any questions or comments, feel free to contact the business office, located in the clubhouse, at 949-1033. The business office is open during the week Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 1PM then from 2 PM through 6PM. It is also open on Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. HOA Dues are currently $115.00 with a pool fee of $110.00 per year and are due on January 31st of each year. The pool fee is mandatory for all Dogwood South lots.
