AMENITIES

Clubhouse

This facility was completed in 2002, and is host to a wide range of community events: From neighborhood barbecues to our regular HOA board meetings, this large gathering place is perfect for most any event. A fully equipped kitchen, and a large great room with a widescreen TV are just a few of the amenities you will find here. It’s also available for private functions.

Pool

You and your family will spend fun-filled summers basking in the sun and cooling off in your community salt water pool. There’s also a large wading pool for the toddlers. The pool deck includes plenty of seating and a covered patio offers a comfortable place out of the sun to watch the little ones play. Dogwood South residents are automatic members of the pool club.

Playground

The kids will spend hours playing on this magnificent jungle of fun. You may even enjoy a teeter-totter ride yourself. If not, relax on a park bench and read a book while the kids enjoy the benefits of their own play park right here at home.

The Stables

One of nature’s most beautiful creatures resides right here in our community. The Dogwood Stables is home to our “extended family” of horses. This facility features several large fenced pastures, an easily accessible barn, and plenty of riding room along the Red Chute Bayou. Limited space is available.
